I have been training with Brad since the start of lockdown 5 times a week on Zoom. Starting the classes I was worried I would not have the right level of fitness to keep up in the sessions, but through Brad’s personalised routines, he has made it possible to reap the benefits of his classes whatever level of fitness you are. He also made me realise I can achieve a lot more than I originally had thought and has been a constant motivator for pushing me to my full potential. As well as always getting me to put 100% into exercise, Brad has taught me about my diet and what I should be eating to get the most out of the hard work I’ve been doing.

I have been training with brad for 7 weeks now, having never training consistently before. This was due to a lack of knowledge and guidance when it came to training. Brad has provided me with a clear training plan which we go through at the start of each week so I understand what is coming up! Each session is well structured and Brad provides excellent support through the session to ensure I conducting all the exercises correctly. Additionally, Brad always makes himself available even when we are not training so if I do have any questions he will answer them. I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been and I am excited to carry on pushing myself with brads support!

I've known Brad since middle school and he has taken me on my fitness journey through his tailored training program and worked closely with me to understand all my strengths, weaknesses and challenges, he then created me a program that would give me the best results. He carefully took into consideration all my areas of concerns, barriers and areas to target. The fitness program I followed with Brad began shortly after the first few weeks of lockdown offering virtual training sessions. I was able to recognise that it would help with my emotional well being and there was no perfect time to concentrate on myself. I have been training with Brad working out 5 days a week for just over 2 months now via zoom. I was worried At first I would not be able to keep up the pace as it had been so long since I’d done any exercise but Brad was very accommodating to that and with the personal routines that he put together I found I could achieve a lot more in this short time than I thought I could. As well as the workouts Brad has also helped me immensely with my diet to help me get the most out of the workouts. As a result of all this I’ve noticed big changes in both my body and my mindset.
